One-On-One Coaching

This coaching program is very exclusive as we sometimes only have 1 or 2 spots available.

 

Programs start at $1,000/month and are intensive as we check in with each other via daily voice messages on WhatsApp.

 

This is for professional athletes only and gets results fastest.

Online Group Coaching

Our group coaching program is powerful and includes:

  • 2 LIVE 45 minutes coaching calls twice a week.
  • Live Q&A.
  • Group accountability.

At only $67/month, this program is a fraction of the cost of our one-on-one program.

 

We cover all the same topics as we do in our professional athletes’ program but one-on-one direct chat is unavailable.
